Beta Testing Program Terms and Conditions

1. Purpose:
This Beta Testing Program Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") governs your participation in the beta testing program for the Seigler Technologies software ("Beta Software"). By accessing, downloading, installing, or using the Beta Software, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you are not authorized to participate in the Beta Testing Program.

2. Beta Access:
Your access to the Beta is limited and subject to the following conditions:

• You may only use the Beta for internal testing and evaluation purposes.
• You may not distribute, sublicense, or resell the Beta.
• You may not reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Beta.

3. Feedback:
You agree to provide feedback to Seigler Technologies regarding your experience with the Beta program you are participating in. This feedback may include, but is not limited to, bug reports, suggestions for improvements, and general comments. Any feedback you provide will be considered the property of Seigler Technologies and may be used by Seigler Technologies for any purpose, including but not limited to product development and marketing.

4. Confidentiality:
You agree to keep confidential all information related to the Beta program, including but not limited to its features, functionality, and performance. You will not disclose such information to any third party without Seigler Technologies prior written consent.

5. Intellectual Property:
All intellectual property rights in the Beta, including but not limited to copyrights, patents, and trademarks, are owned by Seigler Technologies. Your use of the Beta does not grant you any ownership rights.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties:
THE BETA IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. SEIGLER TECHNOLOGIES DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE BETA WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR THAT IT WILL OPERATE WITHOUT INTERRUPTION.  

7. Limitation of Liability:

Please read this section carefully as it limits the liability of Seigler Technologies to You.

IN NO EVENT SHALL SEIGLER TECHNOLOGIES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES (EVEN IF SEIGLER TECHNOLOGIES HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES), ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE BETA.  

8. Termination:
Seigler Technologies may terminate your participation in the Beta Testing Program at any time, for any reason. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Beta Software and destroy all copies of the Beta Software, or/and return all equipment provided during the beta testing period in your possession.

9. Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Jersey and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Jersey.

By agreeing to these terms, you're stating that you understand the risks involved in using a beta product and are willing to provide feedback to help improve it.
